Miniature phone (PSTN) simulator (6 x 4 cm)
The EasyLine 4G Cloud provides a fully featured (48 V) connection to the alarm centre via a TIP/RING line. Through this connection, the alarm centre can notify the remote monitoring receiver with a voice call or send an alarm centre voice message to the end user. In addition to traditional phone calls, communication with remote monitoring can now be achieved via GPRS/LTE channels using digital (IP-based) protocols. This enables more stable and modern data transmission in SIA-IP and Enigma formats. Thanks to the OC output, the stored phone numbers can be used to control the output, which can be used to arm or disable the alarm centre. It is suitable for replacing landline telephone lines in telephone exchanges or for use in lift call systems. It sends a notification in the event of an input signal.
- It features a TIP/RING connection for simulating a PSTN line.
- Contact ID and 4/2 protocol transmission from the alarm control panel.
- It enables two-way voice communication.
- It also supports GPRS/LTE data transmission and the SIA-IP and Enigma protocols.
- Flexible customer ID management without central modification.
- 'GPRS only' mode – exclusion of the alarm control panel notification route
- One NO/NC contact input.
- SMS and voice message transmission to eight phone numbers in the event of an input signal.
- One OC output with bistable and monostable control
- Output control with 1000 phone numbers
- PC programming via USB or Bluetooth with firmware update
- Cloud-based configuration and remote control via a mobile app.

Description
PSTN line simulation
A full PSTN line simulation can be achieved by generating line, ringing voltages, and transmitting DTMF tones. This standard telephone line ensures you can easily connect the module to your existing system.
Two-way communication
The GSM module is capable of two-way communication. In case of an incoming call, it is also possible to remotely access and program the device connected to the TIP/RING points. It can also provide the appropriate line for elevator calling equipment, allowing us to communicate with the person in the elevator.
CID code transmission via data channel (SIA-IP and Enigma format)
In addition to traditional telephone calls, it is now also capable of communicating with remote monitoring via GPRS/LTE channels using digital (IP-based) protocols. This enables more modern and stable data transmission in SIA-IP and Enigma format.
Flexible customer number configuration – no reprogramming of the control panel required
EasyLine 4G Cloud enables you to set the customer number directly in the communicator, regardless of the setting in the alarm control panel.
Example
If the alarm system communicator needs to be replaced but there is no access to the control panel programming (e.g. due to a lost installer code or parameters set by a previous service provider), you can simply enter the new customer number on the EasyLine 4G Cloud interface. The signals are automatically sent to the remote monitoring service with the new ID – without any control panel programming.
Notification route exclusion
With the "GPRS connection only" function, you can specify that the remote monitoring access data set in the EasyLine 4G Cloud module should be used for sending notifications, without changing the alarm control panel's settings.
This development means that the prefixes and notification phone numbers set in the alarm control panel will be ignored. In this case, EasyLine 4G Cloud will take over the Contact ID message from the alarm control panel and forward all signals to the remote monitoring service exclusively via GPRS connection, following the parameters stored in the communicator.
Additionally, if the "Set customer code" option is selected for the customer number, the specified customer number in the ProRead program will appear in all outgoing signals, regardless of the original alarm centre settings.
Input
The module has one input. The input type can be changed to the GND point. It can be Normally Close (NC) or Normally Open (NO). When a signal arrives at the input, you can send an SMS notification or call up to 8 phone numbers. You can enter/modify the text of the SMS and voice message with the ProRead program.
Output
The output type can be monostable (it switches for a preset time and then returns to its original state) or bistable (it returns to its original position only in case of a new control). Furthermore, the output can be loaded with 300mA, and a maximum voltage of 30V can be connected.
Output control
We can control the output by making a free call (ringing) from 1,000 phone numbers in the case of caller ID identification.
Programming
The module can be programmed with SMS commands or with a computer using the ProRead program. The module's settings can be changed without establishing physical access using an SMS command and knowing the security code.
Cloud-based control and configuration
The product can be programmed remotely, eliminating the need for on-site adjustments or setting changes. This saves service providers significant time, especially in locations where physical access is difficult. The mobile app provides status notifications for inputs and allows you to control outputs.
Power monitor
The EasyLine 4G device can monitor its power supply and send notifications in the event of a problem. In the programming software, you can set the voltage value below which the module sends an alarm. For example, in the event of a power outage, we can receive a notification from the alarm centre about the state of the battery and the restoration of the power outage if our power supply unit has a battery that ensures uninterrupted operation. In this case, by setting the supply voltage value, we can distinguish whether we want to receive a notification about the input power failure or the battery status.
Sending a vital sign
Sending a vital sign notifies the user that the system is working correctly.
Event log
The event log can store the last 16,000 events in FILO (First in - last out) mode.
Field strength reading
The field strength status check can be displayed on a graph with a resolution of up to 1 hour, which can be seen with the help of the programming software.
Checking module status
When querying the status of the module, you can find out the following information:
- Input status
- Output status
- Power voltage error indication
- Listing of possible errors/events (e.g., SIM card not inserted, SIM card locked with PIN code)
- GSM connection status (e.g., Registered to network, Roaming, No connection, Connection refused)
- Current GSM network field strength
In the latest development, it will be possible to convert Contact ID codes from the alarm centre into text and send SMS to 8 specified phone numbers. You will also be able to transmit the ContactID message to the cloud, which you will be notified about in Push and e-mail messages if you use a data card in EasyLine 4G. Furthermore, the Cloud connection will make it possible to control the output from the application in addition to the status query.
Application areas:
- Instead of an analogue telephone line, as a line replacement
- In addition to alarm systems and centres as a line simulator
- Control: disarming/arming the alarm centre or gate control, automation
- Providing a GSM/3G/4G line at telephone exchanges
- It gives the line for emergency communication with elevator callers
