Description
The InterCom GSM Emergency Caller establishes a connection with the called number via the GSM network, allowing unlimited range and the ability to call any phone number. The GSM module is connected to the speaker, microphone, and antenna to improve signal strength. The antenna's wire should be extended and placed as far from the GSM module as possible to avoid interference.
The InterCom GSM Emergency Caller module has 5 inputs, which can be set to NO/NC states. The module allows you to store up to 8 phone numbers, which can be assigned to the inputs as desired. Input sensitivity is adjustable, offering 5 levels between 10 ms and 5 seconds. You can specify the number of call repetitions, enable the round-robin call function, set the ringing time, and even the conversation duration. You can also adjust the waiting time between calls if needed. With the InterCom GSM Emergency Caller, the push button and tamper are preset inputs, leaving 3 additional free inputs available.
The module supports remote monitoring reporting via the Contact-ID, Enigma, and SIA-DC-09 protocols, allowing for automatic heartbeat messages, power monitoring, or notifications via GPRS or voice calls when an input signal is detected.
After answering a call, you can control two outputs using your phone’s 4 and 6 keys. This allows you to open a pedestrian gate, main gate, or barrier or hang up if you don’t wish to open the gate. The relay outputs can be set to monostable or bistable states, with bistable lasting up to 65,000 seconds. You can control the outputs with unlimited phone numbers without caller ID or with caller ID recognition for up to 1000 numbers. Registered numbers can open the output with a free call (ring-to-open function).
The module logs up to 16,000 events, including power failures, output controls with caller ID, and input signals with precise timestamps. If needed, the event log can be exported to a file. The device measures and logs GSM signal strength every hour, which can be displayed as a graph using the software.
The power monitoring feature allows you to receive notifications of power failures via SMS or voice messages. In case of a power outage, a lithium-polymer battery with a quick connector (ProBattery) provides continuous communication for up to 24 hours.
Programming can be done via a computer (USB, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi), using ProRead software, by SMS, or through an Android device (via Bluetooth).
Application areas:
- Wireless intercom, emergency caller, lift caller
- Control: gate, barrier, and garage door opening
- Monitoring of mains power supply (230V) and notification sending
- Lift emergency caller, service call at barriers, concierge service
