MultiOne 4G Cloud is an upgraded, 4G-compatible version of the popular MultiOne GSM Cloud, offering faster and more stable data connection, as well as enhanced input-monitoring logic. The device is ideal for remote control and status monitoring of gates, garage doors, barriers, and various automated systems. The module features an optocoupler input and a potential-free relay output (C/NO/NC), making it suitable for a wide range of control and alarm applications. In addition to GSM-based operation, MultiOne 4G Cloud also provides full cloud connectivity: the module can be controlled from anywhere using the Cloud Manager mobile app or the ascloudmanager.com web interface. Input and output states can be queried, notifications can be configured, and an unlimited number of users can be managed with individual permission levels (view/control/admin).

Advanced input logic – DIP2 with dual operating modes
One of the most important new features of MultiOne 4G Cloud is the DIP2 switch, which defines the behaviour of the input and provides two dedicated monitoring modes tailored to different installation environments.

DIP2 = 0 – Simple NO input with GSM and cloud notification
In this mode, the input works as a standard Normally Open (NO) input.

Operation:

• When a control signal is received, the module sends an SMS notification and uploads the event to the cloud.
• The reset of the input (returning to the NO state) is logged only in the cloud and application, without a GSM notification.

Recommended for:
Simple pulse signals, alarm triggers, control inputs and voltage monitoring.

DIP2 = 1 – NC door/gate status monitoring with timed alarm
In this mode, the input operates in Normally Closed (NC) logic, meaning it monitors the door or gate's closed state.

Operation:

1. When the NC state is lost (door/gate opened → NO), the event is uploaded to the cloud immediately.

2. The module starts a 120-second timer (modifiable).

3. If the door/gate remains open when the timer expires, the module:

   – uploads the timed-open event to the cloud

   – sends an SMS to the IN1 notification number (with custom text)

   – optionally initiates a voice call alarm

4. When the door/gate closes again, monitoring restarts automatically.

Recommended for:
Garage doors, industrial gates, condominium entrances, warehouse doors, or any location where a prolonged open state may pose a security risk.

Output Control – Free GSM Call or Cloud-Based Operation
The relay output of MultiOne 4G Cloud can be operated in two ways:

Free-call control (GSM)
The relay can be activated by calling the SIM number in the module. The module does not answer the call; it only detects it, making the operation completely free of charge.

Cloud remote control (4G data connection)
The output can be controlled with a single tap:

• from the Cloud Manager mobile app
• from the browser interface

Control icons can be renamed, recoloured, and even placed on a desktop for quick access.

Relay Operating Modes

• Bistable: each control toggles the relay state.
• Monostable: the relay activates for a preset duration (1–65.535 s) and then resets.

Mode selection is done with a DIP switch, while timing is configured via SMS.
