InterCom 4G - 4G call forwarding device (intercom / lifts)

The InterCom 4G module upgrades traditional 4+n wired doorphone systems into modern 4G-enabled solutions with unlimited range, allowing calls to be forwarded directly to mobile phones. The device offers two independent gate-opening options, extensive security and monitoring features, and flexible programming methods tailored for both residential and professional use.

Universal Compatibility

The module is designed for 4+n wired doorphone systems and supports installations with up to four apartments. It has been tested with multiple major brands, ensuring seamless integration with a wide range of existing doorphone systems.

Unlimited-Range Mobile Call Forwarding

Instead of using the apartment’s indoor unit, the system forwards calls from the outdoor panel to mobile phones using GSM/3G/4G networks. This provides virtually unlimited distance, allowing users to answer visitors from anywhere.

Flexible Call Management

Each apartment can have two phone numbers assigned (primary and backup).
The module supports:

• Adjustable ring time
• Adjustable maximum talk time for cost control
• Automatic call redirection to the backup number when needed

A built-in Night Mode suspends outgoing calls for a user-defined time interval, while still permitting gate opening via authorised caller ID.

Two Independent Relay Outputs

The device offers two fully independent relay outputs, suitable for controlling:

• Pedestrian gates
• Vehicle gates
• Barriers or other access points

Each output can operate in monostable or bistable mode.
Outputs can be triggered:

• Via DTMF during a call
• By free call (no call cost)
• With caller ID control for added security (up to 1,000 authorised numbers)

Advanced Security and Event Logging

The InterCom 4G includes a comprehensive event log capable of storing 16,000 events, such as:

• Input and output activations
• GSM signal strength values
• Power failures
• Caller ID–based control actions

Power supply monitoring notifies users of mains failures, while an optional Li-polymer ProBattery ensures up to 24 hours of uninterrupted operation.

Signal Strength Monitoring and Anti-Jamming Protection

The device continuously monitors GSM signal strength and logs values hourly. Using the PC software, data can be displayed and analysed graphically for diagnostic purposes.

The built-in Anti-Jammer System (AJS) detects GSM interference or connection drops.

Flexible Programming Options

The InterCom 4G offers multiple configuration methods to suit different installation needs:

• SMS commands
• Voice menu with human voice guidance and secure readback
• PC software (USB or Bluetooth, via ProRead)

All logs — SMS messages, event history, and signal-strength records — can be exported as CSV files for further analysis and documentation.
