GSM/4G-based industrial remote control – remote monitoring and control
Remote control via telephone for industrial devices – easily implemented thanks to GSM/4G modules. Bus system and expansion options
Modules can be easily integrated via bus systems, allowing expansion panels to be placed within a distance of up to 1000 meters. Up to 16 expansion panels can be connected to a single GSM module, each independently controllable, allowing for the creation of flexible and efficient systems.
Output settings and control
The outputs of the GSM module and expansion panels can be individually parameterized and controlled via SMS or voice calls. Outputs can be set to monostable or bistable states, and thanks to remote programming, GSM module functions can also be modified.
Feedback and event log
SMS notifications regarding output controls are also received on Android phones. You can request SMS feedback to always remain aware of the current status of the devices. The event log records up to 16,000 events, including GSM signal strength data, which can be reviewed years back, ensuring network stability.
Power supply monitoring and uninterruptible operation
GSM modules monitor the mains power supply. In the event of a power failure, they can send alerts to up to 8 phone numbers using the backup battery. This is particularly useful in industrial environments where constant operation is critical.
Programming and maintenance
Remote control can also be performed from a PC using ProRead software. It requires no installation and includes the latest firmware, making the system easier to customize and maintain.
