I did the same this summer when I hiked through Norway's nomadic and captivating landscapes. Not only did I enjoy the absence of civilization, but there wasn't even a GSM network available, so we could say it was utterly peaceful. Then there was a point when I wondered what we would do if something happened to our team if we had to call for help, or if there was a problem. Up in the mountains, this is not always so easy, especially when time matters and calling for help as quickly as possible is necessary.
